Do I own my website and domain after paying?
Yes. You own your content, domain, and website completely. We set them up and manage hosting, but everything belongs to you. If you leave, you take your domain and all content with you.
What payment do you need upfront?
We require upfront payment for the initial website design and setup before work begins. Monthly hosting and support costs are due at the start of each month. We'll give you a clear quote before you commit.
Can I cancel my monthly hosting plan?
Yes. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime with notice. Your website stays live and your domain remains yours. We just stop providing hosting and support services after the final month.
What if I have a dispute about my invoice?
Contact us right away at hunterspointdigitals@gmail.com with details. We'll review the charge and work toward a fair resolution. Most issues get settled quickly through direct conversation.
Who owns the design and code of my website?
You own the design, code, and all deliverables. We create everything for you, but it's yours to keep, modify, or move to another host anytime.
What happens to my website if I stop paying?
Your website stays live as long as the domain and hosting are paid. If payment lapses, hosting stops and your site goes offline. We'll send reminders before that happens, and you can renew anytime.
